DogOnEasy provides SMS messaging services on behalf of participating pet care businesses. By opting in to receive SMS messages from a participating business, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
Program Description
SMS messages may include service-related communications such as:
- Upcoming vaccination reminders
- Expired vaccination notifications
- Appointment-related notifications
- Outstanding balance reminders
- Billing and account notifications
- Other customer service communications related to services requested by the customer
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity, appointment schedules, vaccination status, and services requested by the customer.
Opt-In
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their mobile phone number and granting consent to a participating business through account registration, account management, written forms, online forms, or verbal authorization.
Opt-Out
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by updating their communication preferences with the participating business. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent except those necessary to process the opt-out request.
