Mobile phone number

Communication preferences
Opt-in and opt-out records
Records of SMS messages sent and received

How Information Is Used

SMS messages sent through the DogOnEasy platform are intended to provide service-related communications on behalf of participating pet care businesses, including but not limited to:

Upcoming vaccination reminders
Expired vaccination notifications
Appointment-related notifications
Outstanding balance reminders
Billing and account notifications
Other customer service communications related to services requested by the customer

SMS Consent

Customers receive SMS messages only after providing consent to the participating business. Consent may be provided through account registration, account management, written forms, online forms, or verbal authorization communicated to the participating business.

Each participating business is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate consent before sending SMS messages through the DogOnEasy platform.

Opting Out

Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

Replying STOP to any SMS message
Updating their account preferences with the participating business
Contacting the participating business directly

After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent except those necessary to process the opt-out request.

Data Sharing

DogOnEasy does not sell or rent customer information.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages and operating the DogOnEasy platform. Such providers are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.
